The international academic seminar about the status and future of Sino-Japanese criminal law was held by law school of Renmin University of China(RUC) in Beijing, in May 30th, 2015. Professor Liu Yanhong, associate Professor Liu Jianli and Dr. Chu Chencheng was invited to attend the meeting and discussed the key, the difficulty and the focus in the status and future of Sino-Japanese criminal law with some famous jurists from RUC, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Waseda University and Tokyo University, including Professor Gao Mingxuan and Professor Nishihara Haruo.
During the conference, Professor Liu Yanhong has deeply discussed about relevant issues. Associate Professor Liu Jianli made a statement of his paper about how to regulate cloning technology under the view of criminal law, and was positively evaluated by attendant scholars.
