In the afternoon on April 8, 2016,Professor Zuo,who is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, the national top ten outstanding youth jurist and the executive vice President of the graduate school in Sichuan University,and Professor Liebman,who is a famous professor from the law school of Columbia University and China legal research center director, visitved our faculty to give lectures.

Professor Zuo delivered a speech about hot issues of judicial reform.He analyzed the problems about our country’s judicial reform comprehensively and targetedly from four levels.

Professor Liebman had a lecture ‘Chinese judicial reform in American view:differences and common challenges’.He fully and detailedly introduced various of differences between Chinese and American judiciary from diverse aspects,such as the court's settings,the number of cases,the position of judges and so on.

Judicial reform affects everybody and involves the public’s interests.This high-level seminar made participates in the conference to deeply think the hot issues about Chinese judicial reform,which students and teachers have benefited a lot from.
