At 8:30 on the morning of April 23, 2016, this seminar was held successfully in the law school of Southeast University, sponsored by medical law research center in the the law faculty of Southeast University. Nearly 70 experts and scholars from cross-strait high institutions and practice sectors attended the meeting.

Professor Ouyang Benqi, the vice president in the law school of Southeast University, presided over the meeting. Professor Liu Yanhong delivered the speech and awarded the appointment letters to adjunct professor Zhao Xiju from Southeast University, part-time graduate tutor Li Zimu, Hu Xiaoxiang from Southeast University.Professor Liang Genlin from the law school of Peking University, Chinese and foreign law editor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhao Xiju made a keynote speech，who is the Professor of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the adjunct professor from the law school of Southeast University.

Professor Liu Yanhong in her speech said, the law school of Southeast University successfully create a new interdisciplinary subject about the engineering method, the traffic law and the medical law with strong support from the school and help from all walks of life in the team, cross, practical educational philosophy and policy.Our school attached great importance to talent culture in the medical law and discipline characteristic, aimed to establish a dual subject background of the research team to jointly promote the progress and development of medical law.

Professor Liang Genlin in his speech pointed out that medical law is a discipline important growth point. Recognizing its importance can make us truly promote the study of medical law, really regulate medical relationship in our country, and surely guarantee every national happiness.
