From April 16 to 17 in 2016, the theory seminar about criminal law system and the amendment of criminal law was held in Wang Jianfa college of  Suzhou University. My college professor Liu Yanhong, lecturer Liang Yunbao, and doctoral student Wang Jun were invited to participate in the meeting.

During the meeting, according to the original agenda，Professor Liu Yanhong in the core unit delivered the topic report about the limited anti-terrorism theory: under the dilemma objectives of the rule of law on terrorist crime governance .The report has attracted the attention of the participants, and was highly praised by the participating professionals. In the subsequent interaction, Professor Liu Yanhong exchanged deeply views with other participants.

The theory seminar is one of the annual series of high level meetings, emphasizing that the study of the theory of the criminal law is problem-oriented and practical-oriented. Members from a number of well-known law schools including Gen Lin Liang, Liu Renwen, Zhou Guangquan, Dong Yan Lao, Ruan Qilin, Liu Yanhong and other academic masters. Their appearance and discussion enhanced the meeting standards and meaning. Finally, seminars made a complete success in the atmosphere of unity ,tension and opposition.
