Annual Shanghai Law Graduates Summer School classes were officially started in East China University of political science and law Changning Campus in Jun 26th, 2016. Famous jurists such as Ying Songnian, Xue Gangling and so on gathered to give lessons to more than 100 students, including young teachers, Ph. D and graduate students from all over the country. Professor Zhou Youyong from our law school was invited and gave a lecture on “Law Governance of Administrative Discretion”. Professor Zhou started with the conception of administrative discretion, basing on his own research achievement, then introduced governance’s mode, technology constructs as well as judicial review of administrative discretion, and exchanged opinions with students. At the end of the lessons, Professor Zhou was surrounded by students and was asked to take group photos, which showed great influence of Professor Zhou in law circle.
