On the July 6, 2016, the field of philosophical-social sciences in Jiangsu province released together the outstanding achievement award winners list about “quality project of social and science applied research in Jiangsu province ”in 2015.The purpose of this project is to recognize the report on the research ,decision-making advisory report and a series of papers related to the development of the economic and social development in Jiangsu. My school achieved excellent results in the outstanding achievement award selection activities, in which associate professor Shan Pingji won the first prize for outstanding achievements in the“quality project of social and science applied research in Jiangsu province”in 2015 because of his paper “The legislative construction of the priority order rule of the water rights in our country”.
