On October 20-21th of 2016, organized by the China Law Society, the World Trade Organization Law Research Association, the China Law Academic Exchange Center， seminar on legal risk and countermeasure of international investment and trade was held in Beijing. Nearly 200 representatives of legal and business circles from 24 countries in China, Asia, Africa and Europe attended the meeting. Professor Xiao Bing was invited to attend the meeting.

There are four topics in the seminar---“one belt one road”,  “China - African Economic and Trade Law and Sustainable Development”,  “International Trade Practice and Legal Analysis of Legal Risk Prevention and Control of International Investment and Economic Cooperation” and “Prevention and Control of Legal Risks in China 's Overseas Investment”.
