The Bilateral Seminar on Law Enforcement of Anti-corruption, which was hosted by Guanghua Law School and Incorrupt Government Research Center and undertook by Institute of Criminal Law of Zhejiang University, was conducted in Zhijiang campus, Zhejiang University in October 29th, 2016. Over 50 representatives from Western Illinois University, Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Johns Hopkins University Nanjing Center, Peking University, Nanjing University and etc. have attended the conference.
This conference focused on Sino-US governance experiences of corruption, Sino-US cooperation on corruption punishment, Sino-US criminal legislation of corruption and judicial comparison research. Associate Professor Qian Xiaoping deeply analyzed problems existed on judicial interpretation of bribery in China. He proposed that the judicial interpretation of bribery should be its ought-to-be under the background of anti-corruption in the new era. His speech gained positive evaluation and heated discussion, which strengthened academic exchange with related universities and research institutes, and expanded the influence of the Institute of Anti-corruption of our school.
