The 2016 International Economic Law Seminar, which is hosted by China International Economic Law Society, and undertook by Law School and International Economic Law Institute of Xiamen University was held in Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen from November 4^th to 5^th, 2016. The seminar lasted for two days, including open ceremony, close ceremony and three units. Professor Xiao Bing attended two units. In the second units, Professor Xiao Bing made a speech on “the Institutionalization Myth of ECFA” and hosted the discussion of “international intellectual property” group. In the third unit, Professor Xiao Bing made a speech on “the Legal Effect of Article 15 of the Protocol on the Accession of the People’s Republic of China”.
