The 3^rd Sub-Forum of The Science Conference, also known as 2016 joint conference of legal teaching, research, counsel, cooperation of national administrative colleges system was held in China National School of Administration from November 10^th to 11^th. One of the main topic of the conference is “Research on Forefront Issues of Building Legal Government—Legal Questions When Government Supervising Internet”. More than 80 experts from Peking University, Renming University, Nankai University, Southeast University and so on attended the conference. Professor Meng Hongzhi was present at the conference and made a speech, while associate Professor Gu Dasong submitted a paper.
