On December 3rd, 2016, the third China-EU International Forum was held in the Changning campus of East China University of Political Science and Law, organized by the East China University of Political Science and Law and the law school of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. More than 30 scholars from Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Romania and other countries as well as China's University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Normal University, the law school of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Southeast University, Nanjing University, Nanjing Normal University, Zhejiang University, Zhengzhou University and other units participated in this forum. The forum includes two topics---economic crime research and corruption and bribery crime research. In the first topic, professor Ouyang Benqi was the commentator of the conference report. In the second topic, professor Ouyang Benqi made a key speech on the revision of Article 383 of the Criminal Law.
