On the morning of November 30, 2016, Prof. Wang Xinsheng, Dean of the College of Arts and Law in Changsha University of Science and Technology, took the engineering law team---Prof. Wang Weiqi, Associate Professor Du Weihong and Associate Professor Zhang Minchun to study the subject of exchange engineering law discipline training and subject construction. Dean professor Liu Yanhong, vice president of professor Gao Ge, deputy director of Engineering Law Institute professor Ye Shu and teacher Wang Weiling attended the forum.

Professor Wang Xinsheng first introduced the basic situation of the school of Arts and Law in Changsha University of Science and Technology, especially the construction of engineering law.

President Liu Yanhong extended a warm welcome to the visiting professors and expressed appreciation for the construction and development of engineering law.

Vice President Gao Ge introduced the basic situation of our institute, the idea of building a school, and focused on introducing the personnel integration of engineering law team, the training mode of cross-practice talents in engineering law, and the establishment of PPP Research Center. Professor Ye Shuli introduced the motivation of the engineering law in our school, elaborated the key, difficult and breakthrough direction of engineering law research combining with the experience of engineering teaching and scientific research.

Dean Wang Xinsheng hopes that they can learn from the successful experience of Southeast University to promote the establishment of engineering law research in Hunan Law Society.

Finally, both parties reached a further exchange of the engineering law research.
