On the morning of December 22, Liu Hua, the secretary of the Party Group and the Attorney General of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Procuratorate, held a forum in which he made a face-to-face discussion with Liu Yanhong and other 15 law experts from Jiangsu universities and listened to the experts’ views and suggestions on the Jiangsu prosecution.

Liu Hua said that he would use the power of experts and professors to further strengthen cooperation between schools and procuratorates and he hoped that experts can give some instructions make recommendations on the procuratorate work.

      Professor Liu pointed out that (1) Jiangsu procuratorial organs in the anti-corruption work closely follow-up with remarkable results. In the anti-corruption work, it should be wider, more stringent, and heavier.

(2) Based on economic development in Jiangsu Province, procuratorates should increase the economic case prosecution, especially intellectual property cases, to implement equal protection of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in principle.

(3) We also should strengthen the prosecution information construction and use the real data integration of large data distribution to provide case support for decision-making services.

    The prosecutor Li Hua thanked professors to give strong support for procuratorate work. He said that there are still a lot of room for improvement, including the mechanism of cooperation. We also need to further optimize and adopt experts’ reasonable suggestions.
