The Judicial Big Data Research Base in our school is the first research base focusing on judicial big data of The People's Court in China. It was officially approved by the Supreme People's Court in No. 240[2016] document. Our research result - Effect Evaluation of the Criminal Procedure Law - depends on data from criminal judgement documents after the introduction of Criminal Procedure Law, according the special way of thinking of our research base. This first prize we won was not only an affirmation to our work, but also a huge boost for our future development.
