The 9^th China Beidou Navigation Satellite System Summit Forum – “Beidou’s Application, National Legislation” was held in Shenzhen, from January 12^th to 13^th. The seminar aimed to table a proposal about promulgating regulations on the application of Chinese Beidou Navigation Satellite System, depending on its status quo, problems and other country’s legislative practice such as Russia and America. There were experts and representatives from national authorities, satellite navigation and law field, including 18 academician attended the seminar. Professor Xiao Bing was invited to the seminar, and submitted a paper named “Basic Location of the Legislation of Chinese Satellite Navigation”.
