On January 21^st, the opening ceremony of the first “Judicial Big Data Research Center”, which was set up by the Supreme People’s Court, was held in the Lecture Hall of the auditorium in Sipailou Campus, Southeast University.

    The vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, Justice He Rong made an important indication. She pointed out that the reason to set up the Judicial Big Data Research Center was for expanding the value of judicial big data, through enhancing its relevant research and application.

    Professor Zhou Youyong, who is a member of the Party Committee, as well as the vice president of Southeast University served as the host of the opening ceremony, and expressed welcome and our sincere thanks to present guests.

    Then, the dean of law school of Southeast University, also the director of the Judicial Big Data Research Center made a report about the overall plan of the research center from three aspects: construction, work plan and operation mechanism.

    The establishment of the Judicial Big Data Research Center in Southeast University, was a symbol that the research center will offer intelligent support to “Big Data Strategy”, and provide top talents for the research of the Judicial Big Data in China.
