On February 16, 2017, the dean, Liu Yanhong and associate professor Wang Lu Sheng were invited to the Supreme People's Court Information Center to discuss the Wisdom Court cooperation. Supreme People's Court Information Center Director Xu Jianfeng, the deputy director Qian Xiaochen, the data director Chen Qiwei, the data officers Li Xiaohui and Wang Xiaoyan participated in this exchange.

At the beginning of the meeting, the director Xu expressed his welcome to Liu Yanhong and her staff. The dean reported on the progress of the work of the People's Court of judicial data after the opening ceremony. Since then, the associate professor Wang Lusheng made a speech entitled judicial data research team inventory.

The director Xu made a statement and he also put forward three expectations:

The first one is carrying out the fragmented cooperation between the base and the Supreme Law Information Center, that is, the research team of the base make research results according to the requirements of the court system, or take the initiative to find the problem to make the results from the legal theory. The second one is carrying out the deep cooperation between the base and Supreme Law Information Center. The third one is carrying out strategic cooperation between the base and Supreme Law Information Center. This level of cooperation can push Southeast University to a new level.
