On February 21, 2017, the Guizhou Provincial Higher People's Court leaders and experts went to the Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court to discuss the judicial data in the application of the court system. Professor Feng Yuqing was invited to participate in the discussion. And on behalf of the judicial data research base established by Southeast University and People's Court, he made a speech on the construction and implementation of the mechanism of 'treat the same criminal case equally.'

Professor Feng Yuqing introduced the relevant research results and made in-depth exchange with the Guizhou Provincial High Court on the development of the mechanism of 'treat the same criminal case equally.' Professor Feng Yuqing pointed out that the general idea of constructing a criminal co-ordination is to realize the intelligent learning of the massive judgment documents by constructing the knowledge map, to simulate the possible judgment process and to calculate the judgment result closest to the current case. Feng's speech was greatly praised by the Guizhou Provincial High Court.
