The 3rd Assize of the Supreme Court organized a conference with Law Schools in eastern China on March 24th in the morning, in Nanjing city.

    Jiang Bixin, who is the Vice President of the Supreme Court, as well as the presiding judge of the 3rd Assize attended the conference, along with 12 directors of Law Schools. Professor Liu Yanhong was invited to attend the meeting.

    Vice President Jiang Bixin made an important speech on the conference. He pointed out that the cooperation and exchanges between courts and Law Schools would contributed to judicial justice. The key to investigate a new path to combine legal practices with theory, was to improve the position and definition of the cooperation. He also proposed that firstly we should build a platform for the cooperation, then innovate new forms of cooperation, finally focus on the real effect of the cooperation. Only by this means can we achieve a win-win situation.

     Professor Liu Yanhong expressed our thanks for the long-term support from the Supreme Court and that it was an honor to be a part of the cooperation. 

    The conference meant a lot for innovating models for cultivating talents. The directors of other 11 Law Schools also attented the conference, as well as comrades from the 3rd Assize.
