On March 27, 2017, international lawyers training was held by the law school of Southeast University commissioned by the Jiangsu Provincial Bar Association in the Sipailou campus of Southeast University. The first part of the program is International Commercial Arbitration Procedures and Practical Training taught by Dr. Mingchao Fan, Director of ADR North Asia, Prof. Anselmo Reyes, the Hong Kong distinguished lawyer, Mr. Jing Liu, the vice-secretary in International Arbitration Center of Hong Kong, Ms. Sophia Feng, Singapore International Arbitration Center China Director and other lecturers from ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).

The project chose Satellite Launch Contract Default Disputes as the case study, which details how to prepare an arbitration application in ICC arbitration, write an application, how to respond to an application and how to write a summary and a judgment. The project has the internal classes and two open speeches--- international commercial arbitration moot court demonstration and experts talk: international arbitration institutions analysis.

In the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Presentation, Ms. Such Villa Bhojwani and Mr. Sunny Chan, respectively, acted as the applicant and the respondent, Ms Julia Dreosti as the referee, Dr. Mingchao Fan and the lawyer, Chen Fayun made a trial on the teaching case. During the period, Prof. Anselmo Reyes, the international adjudicator, expressed his views and made suggestions on the parties' speeches.

Dr. Jingchang Fan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and Ms. Sophia Feng, Director of the Singapore International Arbitration Center, respectively introduced the characteristics of the three arbitration institutions.

International Commercial Arbitration Program and Practical Training got the good reputation. The project has opened up the horizons and ideas of international lawyers. Two public lectures also provide teachers, students with more learning opportunities.
