The Construction of Intellectual Court International Seminar was convened in Suzhou on May 17th. Representatives from the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, South Korean High Court, Peshawar High Court of Pakistan, United Nations Development Programme(UNDP), Supreme People’s Court and part of nationwide High and Intermediate People’s Court attended the seminar. Professor Zhou Youyong, the vice president of Southeast University, was the only representative from university that was invited and gave a speech. Professor Zhou You explained that what is an intellectual court. It is a new and modern court which depend on the basic pattern of information construction of court, and combine with big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. In the next four years, courts at all levels can promote the construction of intellectual court in three steps.
