On June 16, 2017, Professor Liu Yanhong participated in the seminar on the problems of law application in the theft criminal cases. The meeting was organized by the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court. Professor Liu Yanhong, the dean of our law school, Zou Jianfei, the chief judge of the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, professor Cai Taotong, the dean of the law school in Nanjing Normal University, and professor Yang Huizhong in the law school of Nanjing University altogether took part in this meeting and discussed the related problems.

    This seminar aimed at discussing the typical cases of theft in the criminal law in Nanjing from the theoretical and practical perspective. Experts and scholars gathered and made practice sectors for the theft cases’ identification have the deep understanding. Meanwhile researchers and scholars realize that there are still many difficult problems of identifying the theft cases in the practice, which promotes the theory to further deepen under the guidance of the practice.
