There are obvious characteristics and difficulties in the investigation, such as the crime with high concealment, the criminal subjects with complex social relations, the rich experience on anti-investigation and anti-detection, the relatively simple criminal evidence form, no crime scene, lack of physical evidence, the evidence easy to destroy and so on. Therefore, the evidence in the investigation of duty crime is of importance.
