On October 14, 2017, the Twelfth National Public Law Doctoral Student Forumwas held in Jilin University. The theme of this forum is “Deeping and Reforming Interpretation and Application of public law”. Professor Meng Hongzhi and doctoral students Zhu Jun, Chen Hui, Zhang Yunhao were invited to attend this meeting.

    The forum aimed at “Academic-based, Equal Participation and Common Improvement”. The Committee launched the national essay activities on May 13, 2017 and sent notice of call for paper to many law schools. In the submission deadline, the Committee received a total of 88 papers. After three rounds of rigorous review, there are nine outstanding papers as the conference report papers. Professor Meng Hongzhi made a comprehensive comment in the closing ceremony of the conference, and gave a detailed introduction of the history and current situation of the public law of the law school in Southeast University.
