Professor Meng Hongzhi and Professor Ye Shuli were invited to attend the 18th Cross-Strait Administrative Law Academic Symposium

From November 11th to 12th , 2017, the 18th Cross-Strait Administrative Law Academic Symposium was held in Dalian. The symposium invited hundreds of experts and scholars in administrative law from NPC Standing Committee, Supreme People's Court Administrative Tribunal, Supreme People's Procuratorate Civil Prosecutor's Office, China Law Society, China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Politics and Law Institute, South China Normal University, Zhengzhou University, Central University for Nationalities, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Mainland, and about 40 experts and scholars from Soochow University, Taiwan University, Feng Chia University, Donghua University, Truth University, Taipei University, National Chengchi University, Kaohsiung University, Chung Cheng University, Tainan Art University, Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan Tsinghua University, Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan Normal University in Taiwan. Professor Meng Hongzhi and Professor Ye Shuli were invited to attend this symposium.

This symposium included two major topics, "PPP Agreement and Dispute Resolution" and" Administrative Public Interest Litigation". They were divided into four parts: the basis of PPP agreement, PPP dispute resolution, administrative public interest litigation practice and issues, and the improvement of administrative public interest litigation legislation. Each part was conducted by a Mainland administrative law scholar and a Taiwan administrative law scholar. Experts and scholars from both sides of the Strait conducted in-depth discussions around the theme of the conference.
