On the afternoon of  November 25 and 26,  2017, “Xi Jinping 's Thought of the Socialist Rule of Law with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era” ——Legal Issues of Constructing Integrated  Network  Management  System Academic Seminar organized by China Behavior Law Association, China Institute of Communications and United Nations World Silk Road Forum, was held in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Zhejiang University. Almost 100 experts and scholars from China Law Society, Jiangsu Communications Administration, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Tianjin University, Beijing Normal University, Microsoft Asia-Pacific Research and Development Group, Tencent Research Institute and Intel(China) Co. , Ltd. were invited to the seminar. During the seminar, participants discussed the route and legal application of the construction integrated network management system in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the rule of law of Xi Jinping, and discussed in depth the modern path of ruling of law combining modern jurisprudence and cyber-space, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data.

    Professor Meng Hongzhi was invited to attend this seminar. He delivered the keynote speech titled as Research on the Openness of Governmental Information in the Age of Big Data and received high degree of attention and recognition from the participants.
