The inaugural ceremony of Jiangsu Province Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Base was held in Nanjing, inviting over 20 experts and officials from government agencies related and Youth League of cities and colleges to participant. Deputy Party Secretary of Southeast University Zheng Jiamao, Party Secretary of School of Law Meng Hong, Deputy Secretary of Southeast University Yang Wenxie, Professor Li Chuan were invited.

Professor Liu Yanhong, Dean of School of Law was awarded as Distinguished Consultant of Jiangsu Province Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency. Professor Meng Hong delivered speech as invited.
