In January 12, 2018, the law schoolof Southeast University held a project proposal. Professor Liu Yanhong, the dean of law school in Southeast university, as a chief expert. In addition, Professor Li Hao,the teacher of law school in Nanjing Normal University,Professor Hu Yuhong, the dean of law school in Soochow University, ProfessorYang Chunfu,the dean of law school in Hohai University and some teachers were attended this project. This project chaired by Vice President Ouyang Benqi of law school.

In the conference, Professor Liu Yanhong addressed the research plan and overall arrangement. Subsequently, Wang Lusheng, an associate professor, reported on the topic the forefront theory of trial system and the modernization of trial capacity. Mr. Xu Minchuan reported the topic of innovation path of the modernization in the trial system. Professor Feng Yuqing reported the topic of the innovation path of the modernization in trial capacity . And Professor Chen Daoying reported on the subject of the support ecology of the trial system and the modernization of trial capacity.
