In January 12, 2018, the 2018 future creator conference was held in Xi'an. The conference announced public service, business innovation and media award of the seventh Golden Bell Award. The law school of Southeast University, Ministry of environmental protection, Hangzhou municipal government and so on have been awarded the new model award of public service China big data application.

The big data research base of the people's court was approved in July 2016. It is the first and the only big data research base of the people's court set up by the Supreme People's court in China. In November 2016, the base was formally selected as the Chinese think tank index (CTTI).

This base was rated the seventh Golden Bell award, and it made new breakthroughs in the construction of big data platform of justice.
