In January 13,2018, the 2017 conference of the administrative law of Shandong and the seminar on the project and prospect of building a new era of the rule of legal government in the new era was held in Taian, Shandong. More than 70 administrative law experts and scholars attended this meeting. Professor Meng Hongzhi, the law school of Southeast University, was invited to attend the meeting and made a keynote speech to the conference.

The theme of the conference is“deepen the administrative law theory research, in-depth legal government construction practice”. in the conference, scholars talked about hot points.

Professor. Professor Meng Hongzhi believes that the big data era has brought opportunities and challenges for the construction of the rule of law government, and the big data in China are of the times and Chinese characteristics. In this context,we should consider the following problems:how to strengthen the internal construction of the Internet, how to establish a comprehensive management network system, and how to build a network of space.

The seminar was hosted by the grammar school in Shandong Agricultural University and the Institute of Chinese Research on the rule of law of the Shandong University.
