Prof. Jochen Glöckner from Konstanz University came to Southeast University School of Law and made a speech titled as “Construction Contract in German Civil Code” to us. This lecture was hosted by Associate Prof. Huang Zhe. Prof. Jochen Glöckner is a law professor of Konstanz University, a judge of the sixth court of Karlsruhe Superior Court, and is the director of the Institute of Construction Law in Freiburg.

This lecture brought the latest legislative news from abroad, broadened the international vision of the teachers and students, and provided extremely precious comparative law resources for the research and teaching of construction law in our college.
