In April 28 and 29, 2018, the first Forum on the theory and practice of the crime was held by the Law School of East China Normal University and the Criminal Law Research Association of the Shanghai municipal law society. It was held in Shanghai.The forum attracted more than 70 representatives from the Peking University, the Southeast University,and so on. Professor Ouyang Benqi, vice president of our school, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered keynote speech.

There are four topics in this forum. Professor Ouyang Benqi published a special report “the predicament and the way out of the standard of justifiable defense” in the issue“ justification”.

The conference process is orderly and the atmosphere of discussion is enthusiastic.
