On May 28, 2018, the third phase of the law BBS specially created by the law school of for teachers and students arrived as promised. The speaker of this lecture is Professor Ye Bifeng ,director of the lawinstitute in Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Professor Yu Lishen, the teacher of law school from Southeast university, presided over this lecture. In addition, Professor Chen Daoyin , Professor Li Yuxing and so on attended the lecture. The whole lecturewas filled with enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

The theme of the lecture is "The Academic Mission of Regional Cooperation Law Research". He analyzed the existing problems of regional cooperation and its resolution mechanism, and demonstrated the legal basis of regional cooperation. In addition, he explained the legal theory of regional cooperation and the frontier issues of the rule of law practice.

In the course of the lecture, professor Ye mainly discussed five questions: The factual basis of regional problems, Resolution mechanisms for regional problems, City alliance in French regional cooperation, Legal validity of cooperation agreements in regional cooperation and Theoretical presupposition of regional cooperation law research. Professor Ye's wonderful explanation made the students very fruitful. At the end of the lecture, professor Ye patiently answered the questions of the teachers, students and the practitioners who attended the lecture.
