On June 23 and 24, the fourth frontier of law BBS was held in Jilin university. The theme of BBS is law theory in the new era, which is hosted by China social science magazine and Jilin university, and hosted by Jilin university law school.

This BBS has seven theme: a new era of jurisprudence, a new era of public law theory, a new era of judicial reform, modern science and technology and innovation under the rule of law, a new era of civil and commercial law theory, a new era of criminal law theory and human destiny community and innovation under the rule of law. Many scholars participated in this paper. Professor Liu Yanhong, the dean of law school, was invited to attend the conference. Her topic was criminal law in cyberspace: the concept of offline vs new challenges online.
