On the morning of July 21,2018, the Seminar on Juvenile Prosecutionand Judicial Social Work was held in Shuyang. The meeting was chaired by Xu Weidong, the deputy chief procurator in Suqian city Procuratorate.Five professors from Nanjing University, Southeast University, Nanjing Normal University and Suzhou University were invited to attend the meeting.

First, Director Zhao Jing of the Suqian City Procuratorate introduced the basic situation of the juvenile prosecution in Suqian and two documents on the juvenile prosecution. Then experts, scholars and practitioners conducted in-depth discussions.

Then, Professor Yin Ji of Law School in Southeast University pointed out that these documents on juveniles are more reasonable, the basic angle is relatively clear, and the document system is relatively perfect. And the form adopted by the Municipal People's Congress is also an innovation. At the same time, Professor Ouyang Benqiof Law School in Southeast University also expressed admiration of these documents.
