To open up the horizons of teachers and students, cultivate students' interest in big data and Internet law, and meet the needs of teachers and students for cutting-edge courses, The “People's Court Judicial Big Data Research Base” of Southeast University hired an expert in electronic evidence discovery, Professor William Hamilton of the University of Florida Law School to teach the course Electronic Evidence Disclosure in American Proceedings.

The American Electronic Procedures for Evidence Disclosure course uses the US Civil Procedure Law as an example to explore how to reshape the litigation process and the key issues of data management in litigation procedures in the data age. Professor W. Hamilton's humorous andresponsible teaching style left a deep impression on the students. Through the United States Proceedings Electronic Evidence Disclosure course, students have a deep understanding of the operational procedures of data retrieval and the application of related databases.

Without first-class talent training, it is impossible to have a first-class university, and undergraduate education plays an important role in talent cultivation. Our school hires foreign teachers to teach this front-end course, which is forward-looking, practical and necessary. It not only has a profound impact on the future learning life of the students, but also plays an important role in the cultivation of compound talents
