On September 13, 2018, Professor Mo Jihong's lecture was successfully held at the Jiulonghu Teaching Building of Southeast University. Professor Mo Jihong has a number of positions: the researcher at the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,  the professor of the Faculty of Law at the Graduate School of the Academy of Social Sciences, the doctoral tutor and so on. Professor Li Zhong from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Teacher Liu Qichuan from Southeast Universityand several students attended the lecture. The lecture was hosted by Professor Gong Xianghe from law school.

Professor Mo, with the title of “How does constitutionality review get rid of the interference of legality review”, puts forward the confusion between the existing legality and constitutionality, and compares the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad to the construction of the constitutional review system in China，then he make a suggestion.

In the discussion session of the lecture, the professors who attended the meeting highly praised Professor Mo's thoughts and put forward their own understanding and doubts. The students also asked questions, and Professor Mo has patiently answered the questions.
