On September 15, 2018, Professor Shi Yanan, a famous criminal jurist of law school in Renmin University of China, invited law school and gave a lecture on the theme of criminal violations and administrative violations in the mock court. The lecture was presided over by Prof. Ouyang Benxi, Associate Dean of law school in Southeast University.

First of all, Professor Shi discussed the relationship between criminal violations and administrative violations with the acquisition of corn, Tianjin old wife's air gun case and foundation case as the entry point. Later, Professor Professor combined the theory and practice to distinguish the general path of administrative law and criminal law, and theoretically divided the two from the law. Then, Professor Shi discussed the basis for the distinction between administrative law and criminal law. Then, from the perspective of the relationship between illegality, Professor discussed how to coordinate the punishment mechanism. Finally, Professor Shi emphasized the social boundaries of criminal law.

The interactive session of the lecture was very lively and the series of lectures was successfully completed.
