On September 15 and 16, 2018, the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Constitutional Research Society of the Chinese Law Society was successfully held in Nanjing Southeast University, Jiangsu Province. The theme of this conference is 40 years of reform and opening up and the promotion of constitutionality review. More than 300 participants from the national jurisprudence participated in the conference.

The opening ceremony was held at the Auditorium of Southeast University on September 15th. Professor Zhou Youyong, Vice President of Southeast University, was the host. Professor Zhang Guangjun, President of Southeast University, Professor Zhang Wenxian, President of the Chinese Law Society, and Professor Lin Xiangguo, President of the Jiangsu Law Society, Professor Han Dayuan, President of the Constitutional Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, delivered a speech.

The plenary session of the annual meeting was presided over by professor Zhou Yezhong, vice President of wuhan university, professor Lian Xisheng, professor Ma Ling, professor Zou Pingxue and professor Li Zhongxia made the keynote speech. In the special speech session, professor Zhang Mingkai from law school of tsinghua university gave a wonderful speech titled the interpretation cycle of constitution and criminal law, highlighting the lightspot of the dialogue between constitution and criminal law in this annual meeting.The sub-forum venue has been held concurrently in the Xinhua Hall, the Middle Hall and the East Hall.

The Plenary Session and Closing Ceremony of the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Constitutional Research Society of the Chinese Law Society was held at Xinhua Hall at 10:30 on the 16th. The meeting was successfully concluded.
