According to the recent National Science Agenda [2018] No. 21, the key project of the National Key R&D Program “Public Safety Risk Prevention and Control and Emergency Technical Equipment” has been completed in 2018. The project of “Integrated and Convenient Service Technology and Equipment Research”led by Professor Zhou Youyong was officially established. The project implementation period is three years. The total project funding is 71.24 million yuan, of which the central government funds are 23.24 million. This is not only a landmark national-level achievement of our law school, but also a major breakthrough in the history of humanities research projects in Southeast University.

    The project is led by our law school, relying on a number of scientific researches and experimental bases such as the National People's Judicial Big Data Research Base, Computer Network and Key Laboratory of Information Integration Ministry of Education established by the Supreme People's Court in our school to integrate China's judicial big data. Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Huayu Information Technology Co., Ltd., China Electronics Technology Standardization Research Institute, Beiming Software Co., Ltd., Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. and other 13 dominant units, divisions of labor and cooperation, joint research. The project is based on the “ntegrated convenience service technology and equipment for the whole process of litigation”. It aims to solve the difficulties of litigation consultation, difficult litigation decision, difficult material preparation, difficult document delivery, difficult property preservation and difficult online mediation. Driven by the use of big data and artificial intelligence technologies in the judicial scene, the company provides personalized, targeted and professional intelligent services to the public, promotes the traditional litigation service process re-engineering, and establishes a new concept of convenient and convenient service for all processes. The integrated wisdom court facilitates a new pattern of convenience services, allowing the public to be free from time and geographical restrictions, and to enjoy intelligent litigation services.

    The national key R&D plan was formed by the integration of the former national “973” plan, “863” plan, science and technology support plan and related plans of various ministries and commissions.
