On October 31, 2018, the lecture on China's land legal system sponsored by the Property Law Research Center of Jilin University was held in Room 706, Dongrong Building, Jilin University. Associate Professor Shan Pingji from law school of Southeast University, as the keynote speaker, made an academic report on the theme of “The Positioning of Land Contracting Management Rights in the Division of Agricultural Rights”. Professor Cao Xianfeng, deputy dean of Law School in Jilin University, attended the lecture. This lecture was hosted by Professor Li Guoqiang ,  Teacher Wang Lidong and Assistant researcher Xing Binwen were also attended the lecture. More than 80 doctoral and master students from the law school of Jilin University participated in this academic activity.

Associate Professor Shan Pingji gave a systematic explanation on the positioning of contractual operation right of land, and conducted in-depth exchanges with teachers and students on related issues, which led to heated discussions and achieved good results.
