On October 17, 2018, after the Jiangsu Provincial Awards Leadership Group meeting, the Jiangsu Province 15th Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award proposed 500 awards, including 58 first prizes, 152 second prizes, and 290 third prizes.

Professor Liu Yanhong’s paper “The Criminal Law Boundary of Freedom of Expression in the Internet Age” won the first prize in this competition. Professor Ouyang Benqi’s paper “Specific Combat Error: From Intentional Deliberation to Intentional Imputation” won the second prize. Associate Professor Xiong Zhanglin's paper The falsification of major administrative decision-making concepts and its corrections won the second prize.
