On November 23-25, 2018, the second China Constitutional Youth Forum seminar was held in Chongqing Southwest University. The conference was hosted by the Constitutional Research Society of the Chinese Law Society. Professors, experts and students from Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University, Southeast University,Jilin University and other schools attended the meeting. Professor Liu Lianjun, Associate Professor Chen Daoying and Ph.D. students Wang Yan, Liu Zhenhua and graduate student Zhou Weidong were invited to attend the meeting. Professor Liu Lianjun served as the commentator of the second unit.

This China Constitutional Youth Forum is divided into five units. Professor Liu Lianjun of our hospital as a commentator participated in the discussion of the second unit. Professor Liu's wonderful analysis and commentary pushed the discussion of this unit to a climax.

During the seminar, the wonderful comments of the teachers' representatives of the law school were highly recognized by experts. The accompanying postgraduate students also actively spoke and demonstrated the academic style of our school.
