On December 9, 2018, co-organized by the Collaborative Innovation Center for Regional Rule of Law Development of Jiangsu, Southeast University Law School and Regional Administrative Rule of Law Development Platform, the Second Regional Administrative Rule of Law Development Forum cum New Development of the New Age Regional Cooperation Rule of Law was held in Nanjing.

    Professor Xia Jinwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, Director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Regional Rule of Law Development of Jiangsu, and Professor Zhou Youyong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Southeast University and Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Regional Rule of Law Development of Jiangsu attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

    Special guests Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office Jiangsu Provincial Representative Luo Weiguang, Jiangsu Provincial Communications Department, Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office Jiangsu Province Representative Sun Huaqiang, Nanjing Development and Reform Commission Regional Economic Division Director Hua Li made keynote speeches respectively.

    More than 50 scholars and experts from the Institute of Law of the Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, Southeast University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Suzhou University, Nanjing Normal University, Yangzhou University, Hohai University, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Jiangsu University, Nanjing Tax Inspection Bureau, and Jiangsu Fax Data Technology were invited to attend the meeting. Scholars and government representatives attending the conference gathered in Southeast University to discuss the new development of the regional cooperation rule of law in the new era, which provided a new perspective and research results for promoting the study of regional administrative rule of law.
