On January 7, 2019, Associate Professor Gu Dasong of our school explained the Road Traffic Safety Law to the public at the invitation of the China National Personnel Training Network.

Associate Professor Gu Dasong mainly started from the legislative background, main content, difficulties and key points of the Road Traffic Safety Law, and explained the law in detail. On this basis, he proposed legislative amendments and suggestions for revision.

Associate Professor Gu put forward his own suggestions in the legislative purposes and purposes of the Road Traffic Safety Law, road traffic conditions, road governance, and road law enforcement. For example, In his idea, The Road Traffic Safety Law should be the primary task of protecting life safety.
