On January 15, 2019, the Academic Seminar on The Rule of Law in China's Anti-corruption Work in the New Era sponsored by the Center for Criminal Law Science of Renmin University of China and the Research Center for Anti-Corruption and Rule of Law of Renmin University of China was held at Renmin University of China.
The academic discussion of this conference is divided into three modules: “Anti-corruption index and anti-corruption quantification”, “Rule and standardization of anti-corruption work” and “National supervision system reform”. Associate Professor Qian Xiaoping, a member of Law School, participated in the third section of the “National Supervision System Reform”. The speech specifically analyzed the weak links in the current supervision committee system construction, and put forward academic suggestions for improving the supervision duties, which was positively evaluated by experts and scholars. This academic activity has further strengthened the relationship between our school and domestic universities, research institutions and academic groups, which has enhanced academic friendship and expanded academic influence.
