According to the “Administrative Measures for Jiangsu Provincial Government and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Expert Pool (Trial)” issued by the Provincial Department of Finance, a notice to the whole society, publicly collected PPP experts and established a PPP expert pool in Jiangsu Province. The Associate Dean Gao Ge and Associate Professor Ye Shuli of our law school were successfully selected as the first batch of PPP experts in Jiangsu Province.

    It is reported that the collection received nearly 600 PPP experts' applications. After third-party review and centralized review, the final selection of 128 people was shortlisted for the first batch of expert libraries, including 8 experts in colleges and universities, accounting for 6.3. %; 41 experts in the legal field, accounting for 32%; 13 experts in the field of auditing accounting engineering, accounting for 10.2%; 28 experts in the field of PPP consulting, accounting for 21.8%; 13 experts in the field of social capital, accounting for 10.2%; experts in the field of industry management 9 people, accounting for 7%; 16 experts in the field of financial management, accounting for 12.5%. The selected experts all have senior professional technical titles in PPP-related industries or obtained qualifications for registration, lawyer qualifications or equivalent professional skills. They have participated in at least three PPP projects in the past three years and are able to comply with PPP management policies in the period of project evaluation, program development, two commentary certificates, bidding procurement, contract formulation negotiations and other aspects to provide high-quality services for government departments.

    The two teachers in our law school being selected into the Jiangsu PPP expert pool expanded the influence of our law school, facilitated the transformation of scientific research into productivity, promoted the PPP project service in Jiangsu, and fully utilized the professional “think tank” strength of our law school.
