On February 23, the Legal Service Innovation Forum on“New Situation, New Economy and New Growth” cum the 20th Anniversary of Beijing Dentons (Nanjing) Law Firm was held in Shangri-La Hotel, Nanjing. Professor Xiao Bing introduced the risks, the loss and the uncertainty of unfavorable results, and how to prevent. Combined with the specific practice of cross-border practice, Professor Xiao Bing objectively suggested the specific performance of legal risks in cross-border operations, and carried out in depth on how to identify and prevent risk factors.

    In this forum, more than 10 well-known guests shared the fresh issues and professional perspectives of the forefront of the times, as well as the hot spots of the situation and the wisdom of the academic circles, achieving a good social response.
