On February 28, 2019, the National Key R&D Project Integration Work Promotion Conference was held in Nanjing. Director Liu Kun and Deputy Director Xing Bin of Jiangsu Higher People's Court, Researcher Wang Lusheng from Law School of Southeast University, Associate Researcher Xu Minchuan, Associate Researcher Yang Jie, Associate Professor Zhang Baili, and other participants of the project attended the meeting.

The meeting was hosted by Teacher Xu Minchuan. Professor Wang Lusheng first gave a welcome speech, thanked the experts for their guidance, and emphasized the necessity and importance of project integration. Manager Cao Zhen of Beijing Huayu Information Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the preliminary plan of project integration, and elaborated on the integration target, integration plan and deployment strategy. In the afternoon, the project integration working group went to the Jiangsu Provincial Higher People's Court for investigation. Researcher Wang Lusheng reported on the project integration basic plan on behalf of the project team and put forward the practical difficulties faced in the research and development process. Then Director Liu Kun and Deputy Director Xing Bin gave their own answers to the difficult questions faced by the project team.

The successful convening of the National Key R&D Project Integration Work Promotion Conference is of great significance to the next phase of the project and the coordination of various projects.
