On March 14, 2019, Professor Zhu Guobin held a symposium on “Construction of Regional Legal System” in the conference room of the Law School. The symposium was presided over by Professor Gong Xianghe from Southeast University Law School. Professor Wang Jinyuan, Professor Meng Hongzhi, Associate Professor Chen Daoying, Associate Professor Xiong Yulin, Associate Professor Yang Jie, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, and doctoral, master, and undergraduate students from relevant departments attended the symposium.

At the symposium, Professor Zhu Guobin gave a detailed explanation of the basic theories of regional legal system, pointed out the important position of “construction of regional legal system” in the national economic development, and combined with construction of regional legal system in “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, It shows that the development of the rule of law in“Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” has entered a new era. Later, he proposed a dispute settlement system for the difficulties in the process of “construction of regional legal system” in the new era.
